The Amish made Carlisle Bed, by Meadow Wood, is similar to the Amish Bow Ridge Mission Bed, but a lot beefier! Unique curves all around, with an arch on top of the headboard and reverse arch on the footboard and slatted inserts on both, then combine that with the headboard being tipped back a bit and the footboard a bit forward, with both rails also having arched cutouts. Clearly an attention grabbing bed which is made very sturdy! Our base configuration of the Amish made Carlisle Bed is Queen-sized, and is built out of solid oak, but you can choose something else if you prefer, and you can have it stained and finished to your liking to add the finishing touch.
